ECOaltiplano SCA is a co-operative of like minded farmers and producers who live mainly in the Altiplano region of Andalusia. This area is irrigated by rivers of the cleanest water, which in turn are supplied by the mountain snows.
Jose Maria, the president of ECOaltiplano has been producing organic foods for 15 years, and along with his partners produce a large proportion of the products sold by ECOaltiplano.
All products are certificated as organic by the appropriate authorities in their country of origin.
